Prayer of Meditation

The world can be saved by one thing only - that is to worship. Lexio-divine , Divine reading. We must prepare ourselves to pray by reading scripture, listening to sacred music - situating ourselves in a quiet place where we can begin a sincere and fervent invocation of the Holy Spirit. St. Francis prayed “Send the brightness of Your light into the darkness of my soul.” We have to determine a time to pray - is it best in the morning or evening? And when we finally begin to meditate, God will gradually reveal to us the disease of Self-Love , and once we recognize this, God will help us to exterminate it & bring us closer to Him.
