He gives "secret weapons" and suggestions in order to be a positive influence in your community. He then goes over how you should write a letter and the guidelines that are helpful when writing the letter. He explains why it is important to avoid demonstrations. He also gives some good ideas on how to deal with the media by writing letters and other get EWTN on you cable system if it's currently not being carried.
